If you will be traveling and plan on using your Wescom Visa® Credit or Debit Card, we recommend notifying us prior to your departure so your card remains active wherever you go.
Changes in your spending habits and patterns can trigger a security alert with our fraud detection system, especially if these transactions are made out of state or overseas. If potential fraud is detected, your card may be temporarily suspended, blocking it from further transactions until the questionable charge can be verified.
Notify us of your upcoming travel plans in one of the following ways:
• Log in to Online Banking and select "Card Center" from the menu bar. Click "Travel Notice" and follow the steps on the prompted screens.
• Contact a Member Service Representative at 1-888-4WESCOM (1-888-493-7266). Please be prepared to provide your travel dates and destination(s).
Transfer funds to anyone, anywhere, anytime from Online Banking or from your mobile device.
• The “Transfer To/From Wescom Accounts” option allows you to send an immediate, future, or recurring payment to one of your Wescom accounts or loans or to another Wescom member.
• Select “Transfer To/From Other Institutions” to schedule a payment to a non-Wescom financial institution account. To add a new account to send funds to, select Add Account at the top right of the panel and follow the prompts. You'll need the 9-digit routing number for that financial institution.
• Use “Quick Transfer” to quickly send a one-time payment to another Wescom member or one of your Wescom accounts or loans.
How It Works:
The Loan Transfer feature is available for members who are Pre-Approved for a Wescom Auto Loan. Existing Wescom Auto Loans do not qualify.
BillPayer is the easiest and fastest way to pay your bills. Schedule one-time or recurring payments to anyone via Online Banking or mobile. It's fast, easy, free — and 100% guaranteed.
Just login to Online Banking and click on the BillPayer tab from the Menu. Now you're ready to add payees and take care of all your bills.
Now Access Your Direct Deposit Funds Up to 2 Days Sooner*
Using Direct Deposit is convenient and easy. No more waiting in line on payday or worrying about depositing a check when you're out of town. With Direct Deposit, your money is there when you expect it. Plus, Wescom members may now receive their direct deposit funds up to two days sooner than before!*
*Early access to your direct deposit of funds is not guaranteed and is dependent on the timing of notification by the payer. Wescom will post your direct deposit when notification is received, regardless of the settlement date. Wescom does not control when the notification is received.
Lost your card? Have upcoming travel plans? Need to activate a new card? Find the tools you need from the Card Center in Online Banking and on the Wescom Mobile Banking Apps for Apple® and Android™ devices. In Online Banking, select Card Center from the menu. In Mobile, select the Card Center icon.

Here’s how it works:
1. Download the new version of the Wescom App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store
2. After the initial Login to the new application, you will be prompted to Enable Wescom Express View
3. If Wescom Express View is Enabled, a confirmation message will display

With SnapDeposit*, you can deposit checks straight from your Android™ or Apple® device into your Wescom Account. To get started, make sure you download the latest version of the Wescom Mobile Banking App available from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
You'll need to take a good photo for SnapDeposit to accept your check. Here are a few tips:

SnapDeposits may take up to one business day to post to your account. Wescom hold policies apply. Send Money the Way it Was Meant to be Sent

eText from Wescom lets you use your cell phone or mobile device to connect to your account through SMS text messages. You can make quick balance inquiries, view account history, and make transfers between your Wescom accounts. You can also lock your Online Banking account for increased security.
Here are a few of the transactions you can do with eText, with their corresponding commands:
eText is free to Wescom members, although charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
Signing up is fast and simple, and you can register as many mobile devices as you want. Just login to Online Banking, click on the Options Menu, select eText, click on Add Device and follow the instructions.
Now you can sign in to your Wescom App with the touch of your finger using Touch ID or using Face ID available on iPhone X.

Through the CO-OP Network® you can do your banking at more than 30,000 ATMs across the United States and Canada through the CO-OP ATM Network. What are the Wescom Apple® and Wescom Android™ App?
The Apple® and Android™ App are free mobile banking programs for Apple® and Android™ devices. They let you access Wescom accounts through Online Banking wirelessly over the Internet.
How much does it cost to use the Apple® or Android™ App?
Both apps, and mobile access to Wescom accounts, are free to Wescom members.
How do I sign up to use the Apple® App?
If you have an Apple® device, visit Apple™ App Store to download and install the application.
What about the Android™ App?
The Android™ App is available to members with a phone that uses Google’s Android operating system (with an OS of 5.0 or higher). To download it, just get it on Google Play.
How do I log on to my account using one of these apps?
The process for both apps is similar to the Online Banking log on. In the Login screen, simply enter your account number or User ID and your password, then click the Login button.
Can the Apple® and Android™ App help me find a Wescom network ATM?
Yes. Once you’ve logged on, click on the image of a magnifying glass labeled Find ATM/Branch. Using your device’s GPS function, the program will display the locations of the branches and ATMs closest to your location. You can select a location and receive driving directions.
What else can I do with these apps?
Here’s some of what you can do:
Select MyAccounts to view the Online Banking account balance page. You can view account history, make balance inquiries, and transfer funds.
Click on Transfer Funds to make a share-to-share or share-to-consumer-loan transfer. You can also make a transfer to your credit card or mortgage.
Touch BillPayer to schedule payments for existing payees, view and edit bill payments, or to view payment history.
Our Apple® device App now features SendMoney, which lets you transfer funds to someone from your Wescom Checking Account.
With your Apple® or Android™ device, snap a photo of your check and deposit it to your Wescom accounts with SnapDeposit.
